Pick-Up, Return & Delivery
What time can I Pick-Up or Return
Pick-Up and Returns can easily be booked during our office hours which are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Where do I Pick-Up and Return?
Our pick-up location is in Southport on the Gold Coast
Do you offer Delivery?
Yes. Please contact us for pricing.
Can I pick-up and return to the Airport?
Yes. We can meet you for Pick-up and Return at Brisbane Airport or Gold Coast Airports. Please contact us for pricing.
Is there somewhere to return outside of your business hours?
No. We need to be present when you return your vehicle and will work with you to arrange a suitable time to meet you outside of our business hours.
Is there somewhere to leave my car?
Yes. We have parking available in our visitors carpark. Note that it is off-street however it is open to the public.
Do I have to clean the vehicle before I return it?
Beach Driving - please thoroughly wash the underbody of our vehicle in fresh water as soon as possible after leaving the beach. We will ask you to provide evidence of this.
'Excessively dirty' means excessive dust, mud or sand throughout the vehicle, interior upholstery stains or any cleaning that requires us to engage an external cleaning company.
Can I Pick-up the vehicle early or Return it late?
Yes if the vehicle is available you can pick-up between 3-6pm on the day prior to your booking and/or return between 8am-10am on the day after your booking. Rather than charging a full rental day, we only charge $50 for each of these options.
Rates & Conditions
Where am I allowed to go?
Most destinations are OK. You will just need to give us some details about your proposed trip prior to your rental.
Do you offer Unlimited miles?
No. All rentals include 200 free kms per day. Excess kms are $0.33 per km.
Do you offer One-Way Rentals?
Yes. Please ask us for a customised quotation for one-way rentals.
Am I allowed Off-Road or on the Beach?
Yes. We just need to approve off-road and beach destinations prior to your rental and you will need to comply with Camplify's terms & conditions for Off-Road travel.
How are your rates calculated?
Our rates are calculated on a per calendar day basis meaning you are charged each day that you have the vehicle, regardless of the pick-up and drop-off times
I am under 25 years old, can I rent one of your 4x4's?
Unfortunately No. We are only insured for renters who are 25 years or older?
Do I need a full driver licence?
Yes. You must hold a Full Valid Driver Licence to rent from us. Probabtionary or learners are not permitted.
Can I drive with an international driver licence?
Insurance & Damage
How does Insurance work?
Our vehicles are comprehensively insured via Camplify with a standard excess (deductable) payable in the event of an accident or damage. You may reduce this excess by paying Camplify an additional amount per day.
What things are NOT covered by Insurance?
Insurance may not cover you in some instances. Please refer to Camplify's full Terms & Conditions.

What's included with my rental?
All camping equipment is included with your vehicle. Refer to the specific vehicle page for full details.
What vehicles do you offer?
We offer top of the range, luxury Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator Rubicons. Our Jeeps come with every factory option including high and low range 4x4, font and rear diff lockers, sway bar disconnect, active cruise control, push button start, 8 speed automatic, Apple Car Play and Google Play plus much more.
Is linen included?
Yes, we can include sheets, pillows and doonas or sleeping bags for a small additional fee per booking.
How do I make a booking?
Our bookings are currently managed by Camplify.
