Thank you for your interest in a collaboration with Overlander 4WD Hire.  We are a family owned and operated business, offering premium 4WD campers, set-up for safe and comfortable touring into the remote Australian outback.  We pride ourselves on quality products and outstanding service.

Our range of 4WD campers came fully-equipped with all camping gear needed and have the option to accommodate up to 5 passengers in dual roof top tents.

Travel/Booking Agents

​

We appreciate the work that agents do generating business and providing service to our mutual clients.  As such we are offering all travel and booking agents the following commission partnership.

​​

• Agents must have an ABN (or international equivalent) and be validated and registered with Overlander prior to accepting any booking;

• Agent must manage client enquiries and collect all payments;

• A deposit is not required for Agent bookings;

• Full payment, less your commission, is payable to Overlander, by bank transfer, 40 days from the start of each hire.

• Hirers must supply a valid credit card upon collection of their vehicle.

• We do not pay commission on once off bookings.  We can add you as a 'Referral Agent' for your first booking and pay commission on this booking after the the completion of your second booking with us.  We will add you as a Travel Agent to our system when we receive your second booking.

Commission includes GST and is payable only on time & kilometers.  Commission is not paid on insurance or any additional extras.

Referral Agents

We also appreciate our referral agents and accept bookings from them under the following Referral Agent program:

​

• Referral agents must have an ABN (or international equivalent) and be validated and registered with Overlander prior to accepting any booking;

• Overlander will collect payments and manage all referral agent clients, however we do expect our referral agents to be proactive and fully inform their client of our services prior to and during the booking process. 

• ​To secure the booking, the client must pay a deposit and provide a credit card to Overlander at the time of booking.
